The characters he creates often float—literally—between science and spirituality, memory and mythology, structure and spontaneity, ephemeral and eternal, humorous and profound, and connectivity and nonattachment. The intent isn’t necessarily to provide enlightenment, but to celebrate the quest itself.
Huynh has expended substantial time, money, and other resources in developing, advertising, and otherwise promoting the Duy Huynh Works. As a result, products associated with the Duy Huynh Works are recognized and exclusively associated by consumers, the public, and the trade as products authorized by Plaintiff (the “Duy Huynh Products”).
