Dandy has expended substantial time, money, and other resources in developing, advertising, and otherwise promoting the Kendra Dandy Works. As a result, products associated with the Kendra Dandy Works are recognized and exclusively associated by consumers, the public, and the trade as products authorized by Plaintiff (the “Kendra Dandy Products”).
