His technology based skills give him a broad range of tools to express his creativity, while still retaining and building on his roots as a painter and his deep perception of color, form, and beauty.

Corti has expended substantial time, money, and other resources in developing, advertising, and otherwise promoting the Marcello Corti Works. As a result, products associated with the Marcello Corti Works are recognized and exclusively associated by consumers, the public, and the trade as products authorized by Plaintiff (the “Marcello Corti Products”).
