CLC University Clients own United States federal trademark registrations for specific marks in a variety of classes and for a variety of different goods and services, including, without limitation, many for apparel such as jerseys, shirts, caps, and other products in international class 25. A non-exclusive list of the famous and distinctive trademarks that CLC University Clients have registered before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and currently in use in commerce, include the following (collectively, the “CLC Protected Trademarks”):
