Plaintiff is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing and retailing high-quality concert merchandise including within the Northern District of Illinois District (collectively, the “Plaintiff Products”) under the federally registered PINK FLOYD Trademarks. Defendants’ sales of counterfeit products in violation of Plaintiff’s intellectual property rights are irreparably damaging Plaintiff.
