The Agnew Collection was created to manage Al Agnew’s artwork and related business affairs. Al Agnew is an American naturalist painter known for capturing wildlife and scenery in realistic detail. His goal is to portray the beauty and wonder of nature, whether it is remote wilderness or the familiar wildlife and landscape of his own backyard. He has exhibited his art across the United States and internationally.
Al Agnew is an ardent conservationist whose work has raised millions of dollars for numerous organizations. He was one of only a few American artists chosen by the Malilangwe Artist Trust to spend two weeks painting in the field in Zimbabwe. His work has been featured in numerous magazines and he has been commissioned by Bass Pro Shops to create over 125 covers for their catalogs.
