GJL Holding is the holding company established, owned, and managed by Gina Jane Lee. Lee assigned the copyrights for the Infringed Works to GJL Holding in 2024. Lee is a professional artist, illustrator, and designer who creates artwork infused with light, color, and joy for product sales and licensing. She first paints her artwork using traditional mediums such as watercolor, acrylic, and gouache, then digitizes them with programs such as Adobe Photoshop which allows the artwork to be formatted to fit an array of products. She stays informed on current trends in color, pattern, and styles, and mix them with timeless and classic elements to ensure longevity and extended licensing in her artwork.
Lee has been selling her artwork for over thirty years. She began by licensing her drawings to local shops and chain stores for use on rubber stamps, which then quickly grew to include full-color illustrations and contracts with national manufacturers and retail chains, as well as her own digital download business. Her work has been licensed for a variety of manufacturedproducts sold in a wide range of retail stores.
