Plaintiff creates art under the name Nick Deligaris. Deligkaris is an Emmy-nominated freelance digital painter, 3D artist, and graphic designer. He prefers to paint fantasy and sci-fi themes, but he draws inspiration from the surrounding world, movies, music, legends, games, and of course other artists’ work. Deligkaris has been drawing since high school when he first began experimenting with Photoshop and Autodesk 3ds max. He then studied graphic design at university, which helped him comprehend the difference and connection between fine art and applied art and learn to keep a fine balance between the two. Deligkaris mostly creates digital paintings because of his love for both art and technology. This method also enables him to visualize much faster and more efficiently, and software such as Photoshop provide all the virtual tools and canvas that he needs.
