She creates logos, albums, T-shirts, and poster art for established and up-and-coming rock bands, as well as the occasional portrait or commissioned work for private individuals.
Herbertson has expended substantial time, money, and other resources in developing, advertising, and otherwise promoting the Audrey Herbertson Works. As a result, products associated with the Audrey Herbertson Works are recognized and exclusively associated by consumers, the public, and the trade as products authorized by Plaintiff (the “Audrey Herbertson Products”)
