MARC JACOBS Products typically include at least one of the federally registered MARC JACOBS trademarks. Often, MARC JACOBS trademarks are displayed in more than one location on a single product (e.g., interior label, lining, or external name plate or hardware). The MJ Entities use their trademarks in connection with the marketing of the MARC JACOBS Products, including the following marks, which are collectively referred to as the “MARC JACOBS Trademarks.”
