Founded by Penilopee LaRosa, the company developed its flagship product in response to her personal experience with skin sagging and cellulite during pregnancy, ultimately leading to the creation of a dermatologist-tested, patented adhesive tape that lifts and firms the skin invisibly under clothing. Since its launch in 2007, Plaintiff has expanded its offerings to include a line of targeted body solutions that help women enhance their appearance and confidence without resorting to surgery or gimmicks.
