Lommers is an artist who specializes in paintings of birds, flowers, and other wildlife. She combines drawings, paper castings, fiberbased art, and printmaking techniques with her experience in acrylic and oil painting to enhance the patterns, colors, and textures of a piece while also exploring its emotional and story elements. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, she has long enjoyed the beauty, tranquility, and lush environment of the area which inspires most of her paintings.

Lommers has expended substantial time, money, and other resources in developing, advertising, and otherwise promoting the Jennifer Lommers Works. As a result, products associated with the Jennifer Lommers Works are recognized and exclusively associated by consumers, the public, and the trade as products authorized by Plaintiff (the “Jennifer Lommers Products”).
