How to change shipping address of your order?

This section will guide you how to change shipping address of your order: You are able to freely change the address without PGPrints’ approval in case of order statuses: Pending Design, Cooling Off and No Payment. However, you have to request for editing address if orders are in Ready and In Production status. Besides, you can not change shipping address when orders are in Fulfilled status.

1. Order statuses: Pending Design, Cooling Off and No Payment

  • You click the Ellipsis icon at the end of the line item -> Edit -> Change address and click Confirm

  • After confirming to change shipping address, sellers need to notice that additional fee can be adjusted -> Save

2. Order statuses: “Ready” and “In Production”

  • You need to request for changing the address and wait for admin’s approval. You click the Ellipsis icon at the end of the line item -> Request -> Edit Shipping Address -> click “Edit” in “Shipping Address” -> Confirm -> Submit.

 

  • After that, the order will be changed to “Requested” status, admin will check whether the address can be changed or there is any extra fee. 
  • If the admin approves the request for a change, the order will return old status and the seller will receive an email notification:
    – If there is no cost change, the seller will only receive 1 email titled Updates on “Need action” Orders and can check the app to see if the order’s address has been updated.


– If there is a cost change, in addition to the Need action update email, the seller will receive another email titled “Your Balance has just changed”. In the email, the seller can check the fee difference.

  • If admin rejects the change request, the order will return old status and there is no adjustment of shipping address.

3. In case of Fulfilled status, sellers can no longer change the shipping address.
