How to hold/unhold orders?

When you are not sure if you want to fulfill a particular order, you can directly hold order without requiring PGCom’s approval if the order is in the following statuses: Pending Design, Cooling Off, and No Payment. However, if the order is in the status of Ready, In Production, you will have to request to put the order on hold and wait for admin’s confirmation. In addition, you will not be able to hold order in case of Fulfilled status.

1. Order status: Pending Design, Cooling Off and No Payment

  • Search order’s name on searching bar -> select the correct status of the order -> click the Ellipsis icon at the end of the line item -> select “Hold” and Confirm

  • Then the order will be changed to “On Hold” status, it means that the order is successfully held.

*) How to unhold order?

Seller can click the Ellipsis icon at the end of the line item in the “On hold” status -> select “Unhold” -> Confirm -> The order will be returned to its previous status. 

 

2. Order status: Ready and In Production

  • Seller searches order name on the searching bar -> select the correct order status -> click the Ellipsis icon at the end of the line item -> select “Request”

 

  • Then select “Hold” in “Action Request” -> choose the item which the seller want to hold -> Note -> Submit.

 

  • After Hold Request, the order will be changed to “Requested” status. As a result, you will receive the email to notify Need action update and you have to log into your account on app for checking order status. If admin approves this request, the order will be put on hold. Meanwhile, the order will be changed to the old status if admin rejects. 

 

*) How to unhold order?
– Click the Ellipsis icon at the end of line item in the “On hold” status -> Request -> Fill information -> Submit

 

 

– After that, seller will receive the email to notify Need action update and have to log into account on app for checking order status, admin approves the request, the order will be unheld and returned the previous status.

 

3. Fulfilled status: seller can not hold order.
