Shipping Fee

For products shipped from Vietnam and USA:

• Shipping fee is showed in each product page. Kindly bear in mind, shipping fee to USA mainland and International are different. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO, etc.) are considered subject to International Shipping fees.
• Need faster? we can ship via Ground or 2-days shipping class, kindly contact support for details

For products shipped from China:

• Basically, we free ship via Shipping class Standard (normally YunExpress, 4PX, Yanwen…) for orders shipped to worldwide (for most of shoes, we ship defautly by FedEx Express). Some countries may have extra fee of shipping (Canada-CA, Australia-AU,…) which is showed in each product page
• We charge remote fee for remote address that orders shipped to. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a list of remote fee. Sellers are informed if an order is remote and how remote fee is before our fulfilling, sellers can decide to fulfill or cancel them without cancel fee.
• Shipping class Fast YunExpress is applied for most of products shipped from China with a fixed extra fee. Fast YunExpress currently can ship to these countries: US,CA,AU, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, AT, PL. Normally, extra fee to US is different to CA, AU and also different from the rest countries.
• Need faster? We can ship via DHL Express/FedEx Expess. The extra fee is up to each orders (products, quantity, shipping address), kindly contact support with an order ID to determine.
