Shipping methods and delivery time

Shipping methods are applied for each product origin. Shipping time is up to logistics company, may vary on each season. The timeframe showed below is tracked from recently packages we ship. The time may 2-5 working days later on peak season (quater 4 – Christmas season, Father’s day period…)

• For products shipped from Vietnam, we curently use USPS. Origin tracking is updated from USA (no tracking event is update when transit in Vietnam). Shipping time is about 7-15 working days on average
• For products shipped from USA, we curently use:
  • Domestic (shipped with in USA): UPS, DHL Ecommerce, USPS for US with shipping time is about 5-10 working days on average
  • International: DHL Ecommerce or FedEx Cross Border. Shipping time is about 7-21 working days on average
  • Origin tracking: USA
• For products shipped from China:
  • Standard (usually YunExpress or Yuntun, 4PX, Yanwen, S.F Express…): shipping time is about 7-18 working days on average to worldwide. Origin tracking: China. USPS tracking number with origin tracking from US can be get on https://www.trackingmore.com or on carrier origin website (YunExpress, 4PX, Yanwen,…)
  • Fast YunExpress: shipping time is about 3-10 working days on average to US,CA,AU, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, AT, PL. Origin tracking: China. USPS tracking number with origin tracking from US can be get on https://www.trackingmore.com or YunExpress,  . Example tracking number list: Link
  • FedEx Express/DHL Express: shipping time is about 3-7 working days on average to worldwide. Origin tracking: China

Note: For some countries where the default or opted shipping method is unavailable, we will use another alternative available shipping method.
