REFUND POLICY

You will receive your refund within 0-2 business days. Please contact us if you notice it takes too long for the refund to reach you. The refund will be made to your Wallet Balance

                                   
You will receive your replacement order confirmation within 0-5 business days. After that, please kindly allow us at most 5 more days of fulfillment before we can send you a new tracking number. This may be longer if the product need longer time to produce

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND/REPLACEMENT, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT:           
The product was received in the last 7 days.
The product has the problems we describe below.

 

Important note:      

  • Since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.
  • We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as:
    – Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct
    – Improper care, is damaged in use.
    – If you don’t like the products or refuse the delivery.
  • Due to the variability of computer and printer settings, we cannot guarantee an exact 100% color match between the actual color printed and the color as seen on-screen for each order.Shirts may be 1-2 inches shorter/longer or wider/smaller than the announced size chart.

Order Modifications or Cancellation
You cannot modify or cancel your order. Once your order has been placed, you can contact us and request an order modification (such as a size/color change) or cancellation. After the cooling-off time, your order goes into production and cannot be modified anymore, except for your shipping address. Therefore, contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged/Incorrect/Low-quality Products        
We guarantee to issue you a refund or a free replacement in the following situations:

  • Printing quality (bad print, damaged print, wrong print, missing print)
  • Product damaged during transit. PGPrints will not be responsible for orders sued because of customer dissatisfaction or quality problems if the product quality still complies with PGPrints’s description published on the website.
  • Faulty product before shipping/the product itself is flawed.
  • Product size not as expected (wrong size, smaller/bigger than size chart)
  • Shipping problem (no update from the carrier, lost packages, shipping to wrong addresses)
  • Wrong product received (design, size, color, quantity, product type, etc.)

Please take a video when you open the package, or take a photo of the product in natural light with the label on the package to show the item’s incorrect, poor print quality, or damaged area of the item.

Due to the variability of computer and printer settings, we cannot guarantee an exact 100% color match between the actual color printed and the color seen on-screen for each order.

Orders Seized By Customs Due to Copyright And Trademark Claims.
Monetary Losses arising from orders seized by customs due to copyright and trademark claims are the responsibility of the seller. PGPrints is not liable for losses related to the seizure of goods by international customs regulations.

 

Returns

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. Please send us a photograph or a video showing the specific problem with the product and include the order number. As soon as we have confirmed it, we will issue you a refund or a replacement.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and back to you wallet balance

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

  • If you have not received your refund, please check your wallet balance first.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@pgprints.io

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT ITEM?               
Each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement items for any of the following reasons:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The quality of the printing is poor (not because of bad quality printing file itself).
  • The final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.
  • The following information of the product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.

 

ORDER HASN’T DELIVERED     

    
If your item has not arrived within 35 business days (US mainland orders), 60 business days (Rest of the world orders) after orders are shipped, please contact us for a free replacement order or 100% fulfillment cost refund. For peak seasons, we can not make sure delivery time (October-January). Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries). This policy also excludes labour strike, bad weather, disaters, pandemic, sudden embargo between countries… which no one can control.

Note: Please keep in mind that there will be around 3% – 5% packages that will get shipments problems such as broken during shipment, wrong items sent, lost by the post office, stolen, weather conditions, natural disasters, wars, epidemics.

In the case where the tracking number has reported the successful delivery but the customer has not received the goods. We will process this complaint within 3-7 business days.
