For a normal order (also called Manual Order), you will need to pay for both product base cost and shipping fee to fulfill. With platform orders, shipping fee is free as you will buy the shipping label directly on Tiktok, Etsy, eBay or Poshmark and provide the shipping label for PGPrints to ship the package. you only need You just need to pay for the base cost (product cost),  and Handle Fee (Label Fee)

What is a platform label? #

Platform label is the shipping label you buy on Tiktok, Etsy, eBay, or Poshmark and then upload on PGPrints app to fulfill
Fulfillment fee:

• • Print-on-demand products: The sellers using platform label service only pay BASE COST + Handle fee (Label fee) for PGPrints:
    • Made in US: Handle fee = 0.5 USD/order
    • Made in Vietnam: Handle fee = 0.15 USD/order
    • Made in China: Handle fee = 5 USD/item
  • Drop-ship products: The sellers using platform label service only pay BASE COST for PGPrints (no handle fee)

Our mission is to produce, pack, and apply the shipping label you provide. If your label does not meet carrier standards, the package may be rejected or canceled without notification to us. In such cases, the order cannot be refunded or reshipped. We are unable to detect label issues during order processing, so please ensure your label meets the following criteria:

• Each label must be used for one unique order, even if multiple orders contain the same items and are shipped to the same address.
• The shipping service must match exactly with the options listed above.
• The pickup warehouse address, package weight, and dimensions must align precisely with the information we provide.

PGPRINTS STRICTLY PROHIBITS COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE LABELS: #

To ensure compliance with USPS regulations and U.S. federal law, PGPrints enforces a strict policy regarding the use of counterfeit postage labels.

User Responsibility:
Any user found to have provided counterfeit postage labels that are flagged by USPS or any U.S. governmental organization will be held accountable for their actions. All accountability and responsibility under U.S. law will be entirely on the user providing the counterfeit labels.

Disclosure of Information:
PGPrints reserves the right to provide all information related to the offending user to USPS or any other relevant governmental authority for further investigation and potential legal action.

Account Suspension:

• The user’s PGPrints account will be permanently suspended.
• Any balance in the user’s PGPrints wallet will be non-withdrawable.

Order Status:
All ongoing orders under the user’s account will be placed on hold and will not be printed or shipped.

No Exceptions:
This policy is final, and no appeals will be entertained for accounts found in violation.

Effective Immediately:
This policy is effective as of November 21, 2024, and applies to all existing and future users of the PGPrints platform.

Compliance Commitment:
PGPrints is committed to maintaining the integrity of our operations and complying with all postal and legal requirements. We strongly advise all users to ensure the legitimacy of their postage labels to avoid penalties, legal consequences, and disruptions.

HOW TO PLACE PLATFORM ORDERS WITH PGPRINTS APP: #

Sellers can Create order one-by-one or Import by CSV/Excel file.

Step 1. Create order one-by-one #

1. 1. Access module “Orders” -> “Create Order” -> “Platforms’ Label Orders” #

   2. Click “Create items” -> Choose products/variants  -> Fill all the rest information -> “Submit” #

Step 2. Import by CSV/Excel file. #

1. Access module “Orders” -> “Import Orders” -> Choose Order Type as “Label Orders” then download Sample excel file. #

2. Fill all the neccessory information then upload it => Confirm #

Kindly make sure that your Balance is sufficient for orders to be automatically charged, and your Cooling off time is set to 0h so that the orders can be processed as soon as possible.
